Canada Relink Call2Talk owns this site and all its content and is operated from within. Canada Relink Call2Talk (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides its services to You (“customer”, “end user”, “client”). Canada Relink Call2Talk is a prepaid service therefore all loaded calls, monthly fees, and any activation fees are prepaid. By signing up with Canada Relink Call2Talk services, you agree to all terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms and conditions can result in termination of your services. Canada Relink Call2Talk reserves the right to change any term or condition without further notice. Please read the following terms and conditions.

1. Service

1.1 Communication between Canada Relink Call2Talk and customer

1.1.1 By Phone
When you call Canada Relink Call2Talk, you are giving us consent to speak with you over the phone. All Canada Relink Call2Talk calls are recorded and monitored for quality services only. Any obscene language used towards Canada Relink Call2talk Agents will result in the termination of the call.

1.1.2 By Email
When you communicate through email, you are consenting Canada Relink Call2Talk to communicate with you through email. We can email you information and/or limit any or all information at our or your request.

1.1.3 By Text
When you communicate through text, you are consenting Canada Relink Call2Talk to communicate with you through text. We can text your information and/or limit any or all information at our or your request.

1.1.4 By Chat
When you communicate through chat, you are consenting Canada Relink Call2Talk to communicate with you through chat. We can chat online about information and/or limit any or all information at our or your request.

1.2 Service Conditions

1.2.1 This service is intended for the use of the inmate to call you via collect call. The number assigned to you can only be used between you and the inmate. No one outside the inmate and end user is authorized to use the number given.

1.2.2 Service Violations
If this service is subjected to any sort of abuse, or against any facility rules and regulations that may or may not be listed on the government web site https://www.csc-scc.gc.ca/family/003004-0004-en.shtml Canada Relink Call2Talk reserves the right to terminate your services without notice. All past due balances must be paid even with the result of termination. Canada Relink Call2Talk is a legal service and we comply with all security and government regulations. Unlike other companies we only offer original collect call lines. Be assured we do not use Virtual Lines, Ghost Lines, forwarding Lines. Canada Relink Call2talk only uses genuine collect call lines.

1.2.3 Cell Phones
You can accept the collect call on your cell phone. We are not responsible for any airtime charges or any extra charges from your cell phone provider. Please be advised Cell providers such as Koodo mobile, Fido, Virgin Canada, Freedom Mobile and Chat-R Wireless must have continuous strong signal for all collect calls. Dropped calls or missed calls due to low signals are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Canada Relink Call2Talk.

1.3 Payments

We accept E Transfers from all banks, Direct Deposits with TD and BMO only, Direct Live Transfers from TD and BMO, Western Union, Online Bill payments through every major bank across Canada. All Online Bill payments have to be reported and takes up to 72 hours for the bank to send online bill payments only, All other payment methods listed are applied on the same day.

1.3.1 Credit Card Transactions
**When using Credit cards** For your safety and security we require that you send us further information before processing credit cards:
1. Photo ID
2. Front and back of Credit Card Signed
3. Handwritten note stating that you give consent to CanadaRelink to use the credit card over the phone

1.3.2 Past Due balances
Our billing is always due on or before the first of every month. All Past due balances must be paid off before reaching the next billing cycle and to continue with the services. If you are paying late please keep in mind the monthly plan rate that is active has to be paid in full. We do not pro rate late bill payments for any down time or time not being used which include suspensions/hold. Our services are billed monthly used or not used the full rates will apply on all monthly plans. The only way any rates may or will change is if you cancel and reactivate the account which may result in the loss of the assigned phone number.

1.3.3 Extensions and payment plans on any balances
If you require an extension or payment plan for your bill payment, you will be required to follow our payment structure. Please contact us for arrangements. We will not guarantee all balances will be qualified for payment arrangements.

1.4 Refunds

1.4.1 Cancellations
We require notice if you will not be needing the service anymore. No cancellation fees or charges will apply. All accounts are not and will not be eligible for any refunds after the services have been connected, activated and tested.

1.4.2 Transfers
If you require your services to be transferred to a different facility, any balance on your account will carry over with your billing cycle. You will not be required to pay an activation fee.

1.4.3 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your services if no payment has been received for your billing. If your services have been terminated for this reason, you will not eligible for any refund. All credits if any will be applied to the account once reconnected if any.

1.4.4 Changes to Services
Once a payment is made and your order is confirmed, if there are any changes such as the inmate being released, etc, and this results in you not needing Canada Relink Call2Talk services anymore, no refund will be remitted. There are no refunds permitted for any circumstance.
If you are on Plan A and would like to change to Plan B or Plan C, no refund will be given for the monthly charge.

1.4.5 Connection and Long Distance Charges
The customer agrees and understands that all dropped calls, lost calls, 3 way disconnected calls, Security cut off calls, wrong numbers dialed which include more or less( Surveys, Telemarketers, agents, collection agencies, sales, marketers of all sorts under 1 minute no charge over 1 minute charges will apply. The customer fully agrees once the first (1st) payment is made and by accepting the first (1st) call, the Customer acknowledges, accepts and agrees that they have read and understood the full rules and regulations that fall under the terms and conditions section, regulation and conditions fully. Calls will not be credited or refunded back by Canada Relink or the Charging provider. The Customer also agrees that any calls made outside the approved facility will result in long distance charges which are not included in the plan. All calls are to be made from the approved facility only.

1.4.6 Bank Fees and Credit Card Transaction Fees

Canada Relink Call2talk does not charge any additional service fees over and above what the Credit card company and Bank charges charges us under commercial banking guidelines. Please note Bank fees are additional on our end. You may have different fees on your end depending on what bank you deal with and are not included in the following (monthly packages, Call loads, per call rate, per minute rate) or any other services Canada Relink Call2talk offers. All Bank and Credit card fees are additional and subject to taxes. General bank fees range from $2.00 per transaction plus taxes which will be deducted from all payments made (Depending on the province the Bank is in) Credit card fees are based on the credit card company and the agreed contract, Please speak with a Canada Relink Cakl2talk representative for exact rates on the credit card you are using. Canada Relink Call2talk has no control over any fess or transaction fees associated with any payment made with banks or credit card companies.

1.4.7 Account Balance and Calls
Please note that we offer live 24/7 on-line login for your convenience to check your full call history, Call logs, Missed calls and Account Balances. Canada Relink Call2Talk agents are available by phone to assist you on logging in to the site. Because of the different plans and programs offered by Canada Relink Call2talk will not guarantee that when we calculate the calls for you by phone that it will be always accurate. Our agents will only give you an approximate idea of how many calls you may have. Our agents are only able to give you 100% accuracy on the funds on the account from the moment you call only. Canada Relink Call2talk is not responsible for calculating the calls.

1.4.8 Charges from 3rd party providers.
Canada Relink Call2talk is not responsible if the caller (Inmate) decides to call the receiving user directly through the provider. If your account balance is low or any technical issues arise in the services Canada Relink Call2talk will not credit reimburse for any direct call made to the caller from a 2nd, or 3rd party biller. Canada Relink Call2talk will provide only the calls and services as per the plan the customer has chosen. No credits, refunds are provided by our carrier.

1.4.9 Hold/Suspension/Inactive/Cancelled Lines
If your lines goes on any of the above mentioned status please be advised that the monthly plan may be applied again at a prorated rate or full rate when the line is back in active status. If a customer asks for a line to be put into any of the above status at any time of the billing month a prorated or full month package plan may apply. Canada Relink Call2talk will not be held responsible for any of the charges our provider may charge if applicable with the above noted status change. Please note there may not be a charge, but we must advise the consumer of any charges that may apply. Canada Relink Call2talk does not charge any fees for the changes and the fess maybe applied by our provider.

1.4.10 Prices and Packages
Our prices are guaranteed 100% lowest prices Canada Wide under a secondary provider.
