Q: What if I’m local to the facility?

A: Our collect calling packages covers long distance where we are a third party biller and you pay a low, flat rate. If you are local to the facility, we can definitely quote you at a rate that meets your needs.

Q: What if the inmate is released?

A: Just notify us if you won’t be needing the service anymore. There are no disconnection fees. Just make sure your balances are paid off and rest assured that your services will be disconnected instantly with no hassle.
